Summer is in full swing and West Michigan is a great place to be – especially if you are a boater. One of the fun things to do while cruising is to take in all of the beautiful Lake Michigan waterfront homes.

With so many great little towns and so much coastal beauty, Lake Michigan is a boater’s paradise. Cruise the coast and take in the huge natural sand dunes that border the lake from St. Joseph to St. Ignace. Lake Michigan’s natural beauty is in full display all the way up.

Dotted with great coastal towns, the Lake Michigan shoreline is also home to some of the incredible West Michigan real estate and Lake Michigan waterfront homes and cottages. Cruising past on Lake Michigan waters, some of the most incredible Great Lakes waterfront real estate is visible near towns like Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, South Haven, and Muskegon.

New homes can be found in places like Northshore of Saugatuck, with lots and homes offered by area realty professionals like the Andrea Crossman Group, who has specialized in West Michigan waterfront real estate for more than 30 years.

Cruise into some of West Michigan’s rivers and lakes and visit great destinations like Grand Haven, South Haven, and Saugatuck. Each has its own personality, often celebrated through local area events like Grand Haven’s Coast Guard Festival, Saugatuck’s Venetian Festival, and South Haven’s Harborfest.

This summer, the Yemaya crew has been busy cruising the waters with an especially beautiful night celebrating the 4th of July while watching the fireworks just off the Holland, Michigan beaches. The fireworks displays put on by the township and also many private celebrations were clearly visible as the guests and crew drifted peacefully offshore.

There are still a lot of great summer days left, and what better way to spend one than by cruising on a unique, one-of-a-kind vessel like Yemaya. Join us if you can!
